Dr. Schramm is a board certified physician and certified meditation teacher. With over 21 years of experience, she helps busy individuals tap into their inner peace and power so they can live life with more energy, purpose, and joy.

After struggling with stress and anxiety throughout her life, and finding herself in the ER with a myriad of mind/body ailments, Dr. Schramm embarked on a journey of self-healing, leading to her discovering the science-backed techniques she now uses to support her patients.
